ExportNZ awards finalist
Developing software for international companies led to Company-X being named as a finalist in the Air New Zealand Cargo ExportNZ Awards 2017. Company-X was announced as a contender for the Services Exporter of the Year award, open to businesses with export revenue of up to $10 million, at the Employers and Manufacturers Business Hub in Auckland on May 17.
Innovation award winner
New Zealand Transport Agency Road Efficiency Group chair Dawn Inglis received the 2017 Roading Asset Management Innovation Award at the Road Infrastructure Management Forum in March. It was presented for the One Network Road Classification Performance Measures Reporting Tool Company-X built, after Dawn gave a presentation.
Business awards finalist
Thanks to a carefully planned strategy, developed by some of the best in the business, Company-X was a finalist in the Strategy and Planning section of the Westpac Waikato Business Awards for 2016.
IT excellence finalist
Company-X director Jeremy Hughes who founded the Hamilton software specialist with David Hallett in 2012, was nominated in the Excellence in Public Sector IT category in the 2016 New Zealand Excellence in IT Awards for his work creating a tool that could analyze and report on the nation’s roading data.
