We are excited to announce Company-X has acquired Pepper Creative.
Company-X has added new and highly specialised expertise in the area of virtual and augmented reality as a result of the acquisition.
Software specialist Company-X was founded in December 2012 by directors David Hallett and Jeremy Hughes. David and Jeremy immediately began growing the company, winning work with a Silicon Valley-based multinational and New Zealand government agencies. The acquisition means the Company-X team has grown to more than 50.
Pepper Creative founder Lance Bauerfeind and his team of specialists have earned a reputation for their work using virtual and augmented reality solutions for advanced scenario-based industry training, real-time maintenance solutions and sales and marketing.
Clients will continue to work with the same people that they have in the past. All of the Pepper Creative team are being retained by Company-X and Lance is joining David and Jeremy on the Company-X management team.
The software development services Company-X has provided in the past will continue to be offered.
