We’re writing to update you on how Company-X is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Company-X is considered to be an essential business. We provide critical support services to ensure businesses and workers can continue working from home, and essential services to primary industries, including food and beverage production and processing, public safety and national security, transport and logistics and utilities and communications, including supply chains.
We have asked all of the Company-X team to work from home, in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines, as the health and safety of our clients and our team is paramount. But it remains business as usual for the Company-X team and clients in all other respects. Our service levels are unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain accessible and responsive.
Working flexibly has been a key part of Company-X operations from the day we founded the business in 2012. This flexibility has helped us recruit the best and brightest specialists around the country and the world. Existing work is unaffected by COVID-19, and we are also available for new work.
All of our nearly 60-strong team of software, augmented and virtual reality specialists are well equipped to work from home and we have tried and tested systems in place to ensure clear communication and the monitoring of work in progress.
