THE CHALLENGES
Manta5 was about to launch the world’s first hydrofoil e-bike.
The company needed multiple websites internationally that could withstand hundreds of thousands of hits per month.
Manta5 had developed a minimum viable website when Company-X was asked to help.
THE SOLUTION
Company-X designed and developed four e-commerce websites simultaneously.
Company-X designer and developer Pete Stewart had skills in the Shopify front end.
The Shopify e-commerce platform was designed with online stores and retail point-of-sale systems in mind.
Manta5 provided Pete with a style guide and photos and he designed some mock-ups based on its existing website.
THE RESULTS
It took about six weeks from the start of design to launch the New Zealand website and about another month to launch EU, UK and US websites.
